1- WHEN AND WHERE DOES TOP DOLOMITES TAKE PLACE?
The Top Dolomites Outdoor Festival will take place on June 4-5-6 2027, in Pinzolo – Madonna di Campiglio (TN).
2- WHAT MEDICAL CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE TRAIL?
To participate in the Top Dolomites Ultra Trail, participants must meet the following requirements:
- 22K – 40K – 50K – 71K – 102K ROUTES: Participants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid competitive sports medical certificate (B1 protocol), valid on the date of the competition and issued for the discipline of Athletics.
- 10K COMPETITIVE ROUTE: Participation is allowed for athletes who are at least 16 years old and hold a valid competitive sports medical certificate (B1 protocol), valid on the date of the competition and issued for the discipline of Athletics.
- 10K NON-COMPETITIVE ROUTE: Participation is allowed for participants who are at least 14 years old and hold a valid medical fitness certificate. Registration for this “non-competitive” event constitutes a handwritten declaration that the participant possesses such a certificate and releases the Organizing Committee from any liability.
Participants may register as “MEMBER ATHLETES” if they hold a valid Italian competitive athletics medical certificate (B1 protocol) and a valid membership card issued by ACSI, CSAIN, UISP, FIDAL, CSI, or a valid foreign athletics licence recognised by World Athletics/IAAF or ITRA, where applicable.
Participants may register as “NON-MEMBER ATHLETES” if they are not members of any sports club or association. To participate in the event, they must pay, in addition to the registration fee, an additional €5.00 fee for membership with ACSI. The membership will be automatically issued by the Organiser and will be valid exclusively for participation in the event.
IMPORTANT: Foreign athletes who do not hold an Italian B1 competitive sports medical certificate must obligatorily submit the official MEDICAL CERTIFICATE form provided by the Organiser, duly completed and signed by their own physician.
Medical certificates issued abroad will not be accepted.
3- WHAT MEDICAL CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE CYCLING?
Participation in the Top Dolomites Cycling is open to:
- ITALIAN MEMBERS holding a valid membership card for the current year issued by ACSI Ciclismo, FCI (Italian Cycling Federation), or by Federations and Sports Promotion Bodies affiliated with the Consulta Nazionale Ciclismo and recognized by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI), provided they hold a valid competitive cycling medical certificate in accordance with Article 5 of the Italian Ministerial Decree of 18 February 1982.
- FOREIGN MEMBERS holding a valid 2027 cycling licence issued by their national cycling federation, provided they submit the required MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, in accordance with Article 5 of the Italian Ministerial Decree of 18 February 1982.
- ITALIAN AND FOREIGN NON-MEMBERS, as well as foreign riders holding a federation membership without a valid UCI licence, may participate by paying, in addition to the registration fee, a €10.00 surcharge to activate the event’s multi-risk and third-party liability insurance (RCT), valid exclusively for the duration of the event. They will also be automatically registered with ACSI Ciclismo or FCI for the event.
Italian non-members participants must upload, during the online registration process, a copy of their valid competitive cycling medical certificate, in accordance with Article 5 of the Italian Ministerial Decree of 18 February 1982.
Foreign non-members participants who do not hold an Italian competitive cycling medical certificate must upload, during the online registration process, the official MEDICAL CERTIFICATE provided by the Organiser, duly completed and signed by their physician.
Foreign certificates issued abroad are not accepted.
Participants who are 18 years of age (calendar year) are eligible to enter the Mediofondo Course only, in accordance with Article 1.3 of the FCI Implementing Regulations.
4- WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING TO PICK UP YOUR RACE KIT?
ID document or sport membership card / medical certificate (previously uploaded to your ENDU personal profile).
It is possible to delegate another person to collect your technical bag and race pack. Simply download the RACE PACK COLLECTION DELEGATION FORM – INDIVIDUAL and handing it at the race office.
It is also possible to collect the technical bags and race packs for the entire team by completing the RACE PACK COLLECTION DELEGATION FORM – TEAM and handing it in at the race office.
5- HOW TO REACH US?

The nearest train station is Trento, which has daily connections to major Italian cities:
From Trento, you can continue on to Pinzolo via Trentino Trasporti’s scheduled bus service.
BUS
Pinzolo is connected to Trento and the main towns in Trentino via the Trentino Trasporti bus network:
CAR
Pinzolo is easily accessible by car:
From Milan / Brescia: Take the A4 highway to the Brescia Est exit. Continue on the SS45bis and SS237 del Caffaro to Tione di Trento. Continue on the SS239 della Val Rendena to Pinzolo.
From Verona: Take the A22 Brenner highway, exiting at Trento Sud. Continue toward Tione di Trento and Pinzolo.
From Bolzano: Take the A22 Brennero Highway, exiting at Trento Nord or Trento Sud. Follow the signs for Pinzolo.
PLANE
If you’re traveling from afar, you can fly into one of Northern Italy’s major airports:
- Valerio Catullo Airport – Verona – 145 km from Pinzolo.
- Caravaggio Airport – Bergamo Orio al Serio – 165 km from Pinzolo.
- Milano Linate Airport – 210 km from Pinzolo.
- Milano Malpensa Airport – 250 km from Pinzolo.
From the airports, you can reach Pinzolo by rental car or by train to Trento, followed by a bus connection.
