The Organizing Committee may, at any time and at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to accept a registration or to exclude a participant from the event if that participant could damage the event’s reputation. Registrations will not be accepted from cyclists who have received doping-related sanctions and/or disqualifications lasting more than 6 months.

Checkpoints will be set up at the start, at the finish, and along both routes. Authorized personnel will be in charge of managing the checkpoints. Participants who start early or begin the race without passing through the start checkpoint will be excluded from the final standings and penalized in accordance with ACSI regulations.

The organizing committee is not responsible for any thefts of bicycles left unattended.

Only vehicles belonging to the Organisation and displaying the official identification mark will be authorised during the event. These include race management vehicles, jury vehicles, mechanical and technical assistance vehicles, medical service vehicles and the broom wagon.

The Traffic Police, Technical Escort Service and motorcycle marshals authorised by the Organisation will lead and escort participants throughout the race on both courses. Two-way radios are not permitted.

The organizing committee will provide adequate medical assistance along the course and at the start and finish lines, including fixed stations, fully equipped ambulances, and first-aid volunteers, backed by the 118 emergency service and helicopter rescue if necessary. The emergency number for all participants—to be called only and exclusively in the event of a serious emergency during the race—is 118.

Vehicular traffic will be partially closed during the event; therefore, strict compliance with the Highway Code is required. Participants who are passed by the vehicle displaying the sign “End of the Cycling Race” must continue in full and scrupulous compliance with the Highway Code, as the authorities will no longer permit traffic to be blocked. Cyclists who join the course without proper race registration will be held legally responsible in the event of accidents involving them, whether or not they are the cause.

Anyone who litters along the course will be reported to the judging panel and excluded from the final standings. Participants are asked to conduct themselves appropriately during the race and at the start.

Participants in the Granfondo Top Dolomites will be covered by insurance policies arranged by ACSI and the Organizing Committee.

THE USE OF AN APPROVED HELMET IS MANDATORY.

Any complaints must be submitted to the jury within the time limits specified in the rules, accompanied by the required fee as set forth in the regulations.

All registrants will have the right to request, by March 30, 2027, a refund of the registration fee (from which €15 will be deducted for administrative costs), or to freeze their registration to the following year (in this case, a voucher will be issued for the value of the registration fee minus €10 for administrative costs). The 2027 entry fees are to be used exclusively for the 2028 edition.

Requests to substitute another athlete will be accepted no later than March 30, 2027.

To submit requests for substitution, refund, or deferral, you must complete and submit the appropriate forms available in the FAQ section of our website.

Please note that requests for substitutions or refunds/freezes can only be made for registrations for the single Top Dolomites Ultra Trail event; this does not apply to registrations for the combined events.

Should the event be cancelled, postponed to another date, or otherwise be unable to take place due to force majeure or for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, including the withdrawal of the necessary authorisations by the relevant public authorities, participants shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation from the Organising Committee and/or Top Dolomites S.r.l. This includes, without limitation, reimbursement of the registration fee or any other expenses incurred or to be incurred in connection with the event.
After 30 March, registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be deferred to the following year.
Submission of the registration form constitutes full acceptance of this clause and an explicit waiver of any claim arising from the cancellation or postponement of the event.
Please note: The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time, subject to approval by ACSI Ciclismo, whenever deemed necessary for the proper organisation of the event.
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
For any matter not expressly covered by these Regulations, the Technical Regulations of the National Amateur and Cycle Touring Sector (S.A.N.) shall apply.
