  • FOREIGN MEMBERS holding a valid 2027 cycling licence issued by their national cycling federation, provided they submit the required MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, in accordance with Article 5 of the Italian Ministerial Decree of 18 February 1982.
  • ITALIAN AND FOREIGN NON-MEMBERS, as well as foreign riders holding a federation membership without a valid UCI licence, may participate by paying, in addition to the registration fee, a €10.00 surcharge to activate the event’s multi-risk and third-party liability insurance (RCT), valid exclusively for the duration of the event. They will also be automatically registered with ACSI Ciclismo or FCI for the event.

Italian non-members participants must upload, during the online registration process, a copy of their valid competitive cycling medical certificate, in accordance with Article 5 of the Italian Ministerial Decree of 18 February 1982.

Foreign non-members participants who do not hold an Italian competitive cycling medical certificate must upload, during the online registration process, the official MEDICAL CERTIFICATE provided by the Organiser, duly completed and signed by their physician.

PLEASE NOTE: A valid competitive cycling medical certificate is mandatory for all national cycling events in Italy, as required by Italian law and by ACSI Ciclismo regulations.

Furthermore, participants who are not already members of ACSI Ciclismo or FCI will be automatically registered with the Organiser’s sports club affiliated with ACSI Ciclismo or FCI for the sole purpose of participating in the event.

All bicycles with chain drives and e-bikes are permitted.

Each participant in the Brenta Bike Experience:

a) Must consider this a personal outing.

b) Must comply with and respect traffic laws and all official road signs.

c) Must use existing bike paths.

d) Must wear a hard-shell helmet.

e) The roads traveled on or crossed will not be monitored by the organization.

f) Under no circumstances can the organizers be held liable for any accidents that may occur during the Brenta Bike Experience.

When riding on public roads, or in situations where visibility is insufficient or unsatisfactory (due to weather conditions, fog, rain, tunnels, etc.), the cyclist’s bicycle must be equipped with a front and rear lighting system that is securely attached and in constant working order. Every cyclist is required to turn on the lighting system at night or as darkness approaches, as well as at any time when visibility is insufficient, and to verify that the lighting system is in perfect working order. Cyclists are also required to wear reflective clothing and accessories at night and whenever visibility is insufficient. The organizers will not allow cyclists to start if their lighting system is not functioning or if they are not wearing reflective gear and/or if such gear does not meet the required standards.

Each cyclist is responsible for providing everything necessary to complete the Brenta Bike Experience.

At the start, each cyclist receives a travel card indicating the route and checkpoints. At the checkpoints, cyclists can have their travel cards stamped.

The travel card is stamped at the checkpoint indicated on the card by event staff or personnel designated for that task.

The Brenta Bike Experience is not a competition and does not involve the compilation of rankings or the awarding of prizes.

All registrants will have the right to request, by March 30, 2027, a refund of the registration fee (from which €15 will be deducted for administrative costs), or to freeze their registration to the following year (in this case, a voucher will be issued for the value of the registration fee minus €10 for administrative costs). The 2027 entry fees are to be used exclusively for the 2028 edition.

Requests to substitute another athlete will be accepted no later than March 30, 2027.

To submit requests for substitution, refund, or deferral, you must complete and submit the appropriate forms available in the FAQ section of our website.

Please note that requests for substitutions or refunds/freezes can only be made for registrations for the single Top Dolomites Ultra Trail event; this does not apply to registrations for the combined events.

Should the event be cancelled, postponed to another date, or otherwise be unable to take place due to force majeure or for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, including the withdrawal of the necessary authorisations by the relevant public authorities, participants shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation from the Organising Committee and/or Top Dolomites S.r.l. This includes, without limitation, reimbursement of the registration fee or any other expenses incurred or to be incurred in connection with the event.
After 30 March, registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be deferred to the following year.
Submission of the registration form constitutes full acceptance of this clause and an explicit waiver of any claim arising from the cancellation or postponement of the event.
Please note: The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time, subject to approval by ACSI Ciclismo, whenever deemed necessary for the proper organisation of the event.
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
For any matter not expressly covered by these Regulations, the Technical Regulations of the National Amateur and Cycle Touring Sector (S.A.N.) shall apply.

By registering for the Brenta Bike Experience, each participant declares, under their own responsibility, that they:

  • have reached the minimum age required by these Regulations on the date of the event;
  • voluntarily participate in the event and accept all risks normally associated with cycling activities, including, but not limited to, falls, collisions with other participants, spectators or vehicles, natural and artificial obstacles, adverse weather conditions (including heat, cold, rain, wind and humidity), terrain conditions, traffic on roads open to public circulation, and any other reasonably foreseeable risks connected with the event.

The participant further acknowledges that the Organiser adopts all safety measures reasonably required under applicable law and these Regulations. Nothing in this declaration shall exclude or limit the Organiser’s liability where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The participant also authorises the Organiser and its authorised partners to use, publish, reproduce, distribute and communicate to the public the participant’s image, name and voice, captured during the event, in any printed or digital medium, including websites, online platforms, social media, mobile applications, editorial and promotional materials, press releases, television broadcasts and other multimedia content, for informational, documentary and promotional purposes relating to the event and the activities of the Organiser and, where directly connected with the promotion of the event, its authorised partners. Such authorisation is granted worldwide, for the maximum period permitted by applicable law, and without entitlement to any compensation, royalty or reimbursement.

Any disclosure of personal data to third parties for purposes other than those necessary for the organisation and management of the event, as well as any further processing requiring the participant’s consent under applicable law, shall only take place following the participant’s specific and explicit consent through the registration platform.

This authorisation also includes the use of the participant’s image by the above-mentioned parties for their respective information, communication and promotional activities directly related to the event or to collaborations established with the Organiser, in compliance with the applicable legislation.
